Meet Rebecca

Rebecca Frechette brings 20 years of applied experience in the School of Health and Exercise Sciences and the Faculty of Education at UBCO, where she taught courses in health, physical activity, and skill development and coordinated student community practicum placements. Her Masters degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary and BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Ottawa also package together well to equip Rebecca to educate and lead in the field of health.

In this new entrepreneurial chapter, she is committed to working with clients and communities to improve overall health. Her academic background and certifications along with strong relationships with health organizations, universities, and municipalities, uniquely qualify her to practice as a CSEP‑certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist and community health lead with RMF Clinical Health Strategies. She is passionate about helping people achieve sustainable lifestyle improvements across the lifespan.

Rebecca played varsity volleyball for York U and Ottawa U, and currently enjoys golf, hiking, cross-country skiing, strength training, plunging, jogging and spending valuable time with family and friends!
